Customer support
For existing WebProjectUK customers
If we already build, host or look after your website, this page explains how to ask for a content update or report a problem, and what to include so we can deal with it properly.
How to contact us
Content updates
For changes to text, prices, photos or details on your website, email info@webprojectuk.com. Put your business name and “Content update” in the subject line.
Say which page needs changing, what it should say instead, and attach any photos or documents. If you are on a pay-monthly package, updates are counted against your monthly allowance. Larger changes are quoted before we start.
Problems and faults
If something is not working, such as a page, a form or your email, use the form on this page or email info@webprojectuk.com.
If your email itself is not working, give us another address to reply to, so our reply reaches you.
What to include
- Your business name and website address
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- The page address where it happens, if it is on the website
- Screenshots of any error messages
- When it started, and whether it affects everyone or just you
- How it is affecting your business, so we understand what matters most
Please never send passwords or login details by email or through our forms. If we need access to anything, we will agree a safe way to arrange it with you.

Tell us what is happening and we will reply by email.
