Websites for roofers
Let your finished roofs do the talking
A new roof is a big decision, and homeowners want to see what you have done before they invite you round. A roofing website should put your project photos front and centre, separate a quick repair from a full replacement, and make it easy to ask for a quote.
- Project galleries with before and after photos
- Repair and replacement enquiries handled separately
- Quote requests that ask the right questions
What your customers need from your website
Most roofing customers never see the work up close. Photos and clear explanations are how they judge you.
Evidence of good work
Photos of real roofs you have repaired and replaced, ideally showing the before and after.
Help with a repair
A leak or a slipped tile is urgent. These customers want to know you do small jobs and how soon to get in touch.
Confidence for a big job
Replacement customers want to understand the process, materials and what happens on site before they commit.
Local and reachable
Where you work, and a quick way to call or send details, because nobody wants to wait with water coming in.
Making the most of your project photos
Your photos are the strongest thing a roofing website can have, as long as they are presented well. We usually suggest:
- Before and after pairs taken from the same angle, so the difference is obvious at a glance.
- A short note on each job: the problem, what you did and the type of property. Accurate, not exaggerated.
- Grouping by type of work, so someone with a flat roof sees flat roofs, not a mix of everything.
- Permission from the homeowner, and no house numbers or car registrations visible.
We never use stock photos of roofs and present them as your work.
What we would put on a roofing website
Recommendations we would discuss with you, shaped around the jobs you want more of.
Project galleries
Organised by type of work, such as pitched roofs, flat roofs or chimneys, with before and after photos and a short note on each job.
Repairs page
Short and practical, for leaks and storm damage, with the call button at the top.
Replacement pages
Longer pages explaining the process, the materials you use and how you look after the property while you work.
Detailed quote form
Asks for the property type, the kind of roof and the problem, so you can judge the job before visiting.
Guarantees and memberships you hold
Any guarantees you offer and trade memberships you belong to, shown exactly as you supply them.
Area information
The towns you cover, written honestly, so local customers know they are in the right place.

Questions from roofers
Can customers upload photos of their roof on my website?
It can be very useful for roofing enquiries. We can discuss adding a photo upload to the quote form on your website, including how the photos are sent to you and stored safely. This is about your own website: our enquiry form here does not take uploads.
I have lots of photos but they are on my phone. Is that a problem?
No. Modern phone photos are usually fine. We will help you choose the best ones, and resize them so they look good without slowing the website down.
Should I advertise emergency repairs?
Only if you really offer them, and only for the hours and areas you actually cover. If you do, a dedicated repairs page with a clear phone number helps urgent customers reach you.
Can the website show my guarantees or insurance-backed warranties?
Yes, using the exact wording and details you give us. We will not describe a guarantee or membership you do not have.
How many projects should I show?
Quality beats quantity. A handful of well-photographed, clearly described jobs for each type of work is more convincing than hundreds of similar pictures.
