Your minimum commitment. Because each package has a 12-month minimum term, the minimum you commit to is:
- Foundation: £100 × 12 months = £1,200 plus VAT
- Advanced: £150 × 12 months = £1,800 plus VAT
- Professional: £200 × 12 months = £2,400 plus VAT

What is a monthly content update?
A small content update is a change to existing pages that can be done using the website as it is already built.
Usually counts as an update
- Changing text, prices, opening hours or contact details
- Swapping or adding a few photos you supply
- Adding a news post or a short new section to an existing page, using content you supply
- Adding a new service to an existing list, or a new question to an FAQ
Quoted separately
- New page designs or new types of page
- New features or functionality
- Writing large amounts of new copy from scratch
- Restructuring the website or its navigation
Monthly updates are for keeping your website current, not unlimited work. Larger changes are quoted separately and agreed before any work starts.
Outside the standard packages
The packages cover business websites that explain what you do and bring in enquiries. These are quoted separately:
- Online shops and complex ecommerce

- Membership and subscription systems
- Large integrations with other software, such as booking, CRM or accounting systems

We design the website around your business, then build it to work properly on phones, tablets and desktops.

You review the website and ask for changes before it goes live. We then launch it and set up analytics and Search Console where appropriate.

Pay-monthly website questions
Is there anything to pay upfront?
No. There is no upfront cost on any of the three packages. You pay the monthly fee from the start of the agreement.
What is the minimum term?
All three packages have a 12-month minimum term. That means a minimum commitment of £1,200 plus VAT for Foundation, £1,800 plus VAT for Advanced, £2,400 plus VAT for Professional. Please make sure a 12-month commitment suits your business before you sign up.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Every package price on this website is shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at the standard rate.
What counts as a monthly content update?
A small content update is a change to existing pages that can be done using the website as it is already built. For example, changing text or prices, adding photos you supply, or adding a news post. Updates are for small changes, not unlimited work. New features, new page designs or restructuring the website are quoted separately.
What if I need an online shop or a booking system?
Online shops, bespoke web applications, membership systems and large integrations with other software are outside the standard packages. We are happy to discuss them and give you a separate quote.
I already have a website that needs fixing. Do I need a package?
No. These packages are for new websites. If your existing website has a problem, see website support. We will assess it and quote for the fix on its own, with no subscription needed.
Can I move up to a bigger package later?
If your website grows, talk to us about moving to a package with more pages or updates. We will explain what changes before anything is agreed.
Who writes the words on the website?
Tell us what you have and what you need when you enquire. We will explain what is and is not included for your website in your proposal, so there are no surprises.
