What was involved

  • Website design and build
  • Product and solution pages
  • Industry pages for each type of business
  • Pricing page with plans explained plainly
  • Demo booking journey
  • Grouped navigation for a large site
  • Technical SEO foundations

The brief

Step Into AI brings a business phone system, an AI receptionist, a CRM and automated follow-up together for UK service businesses. That is a lot to explain. The website needed to make a broad product understandable quickly, to business owners who are busy and wary of jargon.

What we built

  • A problem-first homepage. It opens with the problem customers recognise, missed calls and forgotten enquiries, and shows the journey from first call to booked job as a simple illustrated timeline.
  • Clear product structure. Each part of the platform has its own page, grouped in a navigation menu so visitors can go straight to the part they care about.
  • Pages for each industry. Roofers, plumbers, electricians, salons, clinics and more each get a page explaining how the platform fits the way that trade works, rather than one generic sales page.
  • Plain pricing. A pricing page that sets out the plans side by side, says who each one suits, and states that prices exclude VAT.
  • One consistent next step. “Book a Demo” appears in the header and at the end of every page.

Why it works

Software websites often talk about features. This one talks about the customer’s day: the call missed while up a ladder, the quote nobody chased. That makes a complex product easy to understand.
